Ingredients that we Required to Make Banana Bread

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter, or you can also use coconut oil/olive oil
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk or Greek yogurt
  • Few drops of vanilla extract
  • t 2-3 ripe/overripe medium-sized mashed bananas(about 1 cup)
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour instead of this, you can also use white whole wheat flour or regular whole wheat
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped walnuts, raisins, optional

Instructions

  1. Before moving towards the mixture, preheat your oven to 325°F. Take a pan of 9×5, grease it, and put it aside. (You can take any shape pan like round, square, rectangle, heart, etc.)
  2. Take a medium-size bowl to add all the dry ingredients flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and a pinch of salt and put it aside.
  3. In a large bowl, add eggs and beat them well with a mixer for about 2 minutes. If you don’t have an electric mixer, don’t worry, a hand whisker can also work a great job. Add oil, honey, milk, mashed banana mixture, and vanilla essence, and whisk it for 2 minutes to make a smooth batter.
  4. With the help of a spatula, pour all the batter into the greased pan and sprinkle some cinnamon on it. You can also sprinkle some nuts, chocolate chips, banana slices, or whatever you want. It’s optional.
  5. Now put it into the preheated oven and bake it for 45 to 55 minutes. Insert a toothpick or knife in the middle of the bread to check is it fully baked or not.
