Egg replacer 2 teaspoon

2 ½ tablespoon water

First of all, sift powdered sugar to eliminate all lumps present in this sugar. 

Step 2

The next step is to add powdered sugar and meringue powder to the beater and then mix it very well for 4 minutes. Then slowly add water to this mixture. You can stop beating this mixture after 4 minutes or beat this until desired consistency is reached. You can also add different food colors and flavors if you like.

Royal Icing with lime juice

1 ½ cup powdered sugar

One egg white

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Electric mixer

First of all, strain powdered sugar to get rid of all lumps. Then beat egg white very well with the help of a whisker.

Step 2

The next step is to add 1 ½ cup powdered sugar and egg white to a bowl and beat it with the help of an electric beater. But remember to keep the electric mixture at a low speed to avoid clods of sugar. Mix these ingredients very well for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3

Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice to this mixture and again beat for 3 minutes or until your desired consistency is reached.
