How to make tomato soup
Know how to make tomato soup:
- 5 large tomatoes
- 1 small potato
- One small size onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 dried tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. tomato puree
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. of sugar
- 1 jet of olive oil
- Vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
After washing and peeling, cut the onions, tomato, and garlic into small pieces.
Now put the onions, potatoes, and garlic in a deep pot on high flame for a minute, then add a thread of oil and stir until the tomato changes color and onion softens.
Now cut the potatoes into small cubes and place them in the pot with the vegetable wok.
Cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
Now add dried tomatoes, tomato puree, paprika, and thyme.
Cover again and cook for 40 minutes, keep stirring from time to time, and you can add more vegetable wok if you want.

Now blend it very well to get a smooth texture of the soup.
Now pour it into the pot and start cooking again by adding more vegetable wok.
Cooking until you get your ideal soup thickness and serve with a few drops of milk cream and nuts.
Tomato soup with bread
To get started, we first need to prepare a tomato sauce. We spread chopped onions, garlic, and green peppers in olive oil to do this. Add the crushed tomatoes, one teaspoon of sugar, and salt, and leave for a few minutes until the tomatoes are slightly reduced. It will be ready if it picks up color and tends to stick. We taste the salt.
When the tomatoes are ready, add the sliced bread, give a few turns to finely chop the tomatoes, and add the broth until well combined with all the bread, depending on how much you like it.
Then we stir carefully so that the bread does not become too thick and tastes salty.
To complete the meal, boil for a few minutes, adding a few sprigs of mint at the end.
