benefits of sugar scrub
Sugary juices and desserts make us unhealthy and also affect our skin but many skincare sugar products promise us to make our skin clean, clean and blush with sugar. Consuming sugary products makes us physically and internally unhealthy by causing diseases like unbalanced insulin, weight gain, increased aging process, acne/pimples, etc.
But sugar is a natural moisturizer for the skin. It absorbs the moisture from the environment and transfers it in our skin and makes our skin moisturized and hydrated.
Sugar is used in exfoliation because of the presence of glycolic acid which is the smallest part of alpha-hydroxy acid as a result it can penetrate our skin layers and cells and loosen the cells and allow us to make more new fresh skin cells as well as remove upper dead skin cells.
Brown sugar is used to remove sun tan on the skin and thus gives the skin a shiny look that makes our skin hydrated and used on arms and legs.
Glycolic acid also diminishes the scars and acne marks on the skin and makes our skin fairer as well as increases melanin concentration that stores our real skin color.
Granule sugar is a great exfoliator to remove dead cells and as well as improve the blood circulation that naturally makes our skin younger, healthy and fairer.
