- 1 cup roasted oats
- 4 dates
- 3 cup water
- Cheesecloth or nut milk bag strainer
Method no 1
First, soak roasted oats in a cup of water and let it sit for 30 minutes or overnight for better quality milk.
Then put these soaked oats in a blender and add water in which these oats were soaked for 30 minutes. Add 4 dates to the blender and blend all the ingredients at high speed for 4-5 minutes.
Take a cheesecloth or a strainer and stain all this mixture. The liquid collected from this mixture is oat milk. You can add ice to it for a better taste.

- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 4 cups water ( 2 cups for soaking oats)
- Xanthan gum
- Cheesecloth or strainer
First of all, take ½ cup of oats and add 2 cups of water. Soak them overnight.
Next morning put these soaked oats in a blender, add xanthan gum and 2 cups of water. Blend them at high speed.
The next step is to strain this mixture in a cheesecloth or strainer.

- ¼ cup cashew nuts
- Xanthan gum
